Our Truck, Your Office
This is for 'street vending' style of service with options being things like: Subs, Veggie Delights, and whatever pasta dish Nat feels like making at that time plus a drink of your choice.
$500 minimum order or 23 people at $18.50 each.
Alternately, we could also add a dessert, or a side salad onto each meal to increase the price if you need to bring up your numbers a bit.
If your office doesn't have that many people, you could also talk to your neighbouring businesses to see if they would be interested in piggy backing onto your party. We could feed your group first, and their group second to avoid mixing groups and keeping everything COVID compliant.
If things work out, we would like to arrange pre-orders, and send groups out in small waves, to collect their meals, but we can cross that bridge when we get to it.

Here is a more detailed version of what we would offer your employees:

Meatball Sub
Four golf-ball sized local grass-fed beef meatballs in a local organic marinara sauce, on a bed of melty mozza, and topped with parm, parsley and local organic arugula, all on a fresh bun.

The 50/50
This one is 50% Meatball Sub, 50% Chicken Marinara Sub, and a 100% great combination.

Chicken Marinara Sub
This is the evil twin to the Meatball Sub. All of the same ingredients, except you would sub out the beef for chicken.

Porchetta Sandwich
Oven roasted herb marinated pork shoulder with a hazelnut gremolata, lemon pepper aioli, local organic arugula, all on a baguette.

It's a pasta dish that stands for Chicken - Pesto - Prosciutto - Pasta, and tastes as wonderful as it sounds. Served with roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic toast, topped with parm.

Veggie Delight
This one is for the vegetarians in the house (and possibly the vegans with a few alterations), we've got a roasted veg medley with an herbed dressing, topped with parm, parsley and a balsamic reduction, all on melty mozza, on a fresh bun.

Kale Caesar Salad (optional Buffalo Chicken)
A blend of local organic lettuce and kale with a homemade Caesar dressing, croutons (that are gluten-free, for all of our GF friends out there), and bacon bits (that can be removed for our veggie friends).
